Insurance against speed and parking fines
In some of the Scandinavian countries you can get an insurance against speed and parking fines. This works with you paying an agreed amount per year and any speed or parking fine you get during this year, you just pass over to the insurance company to pay. In Norway 6 insurance companies offered this product
in 2006. This was prohibited in 2007. One of the Norwegian insurance companies moved to UK and offers now the same products to Norwegian customers from their UK base where this type of activity is allowed. The
Freedom To speed is so appreciated in some countries that this activity is allowed
as in UK. A similar step could be that the burglar could buy an insurance against punishment if caught. This will probably not happen because the freedom From house-breakers are preferred in the society.
