Too many cars?

Does Italy has too many cars? The parking is not always easy as shown on the top of this page.

The black car under was left just in the middle of a crossing. The others driving, seamed to manage round the black parked car.

Do they have parking guards in Italy?                                           

 

The red cross emergency telephone number was marked quite frequently.

 

This young man did not need the red cross emergency number.

This memory was not the only one seen.

 

Venetia, the city without a car!

Venetia has no cars. The only way to get where you want, is by boat or by foot.

Long lorries are quite frequent on Italian roads.

The 3-wheel cars in a number of designs were quite common. Here they may have had their own parking slots.

The old Fiat 500 was still seen in the streets. They seamed to be in good shape.

 

Slippy road is marked for snow and ice as well as for wet asphalt during rain. The normal way of ending a side barrier.
